Conditions of Use. Travel on Train Companies' services is subject to the National Rail Conditions of Travel and to the published terms & conditions relating to Bus & Metro operators' services and facilities, which are available for inspection at the head offices of the appropriate companies. The following additional conditions also apply:
1. Valid on local bus services in the West Midlands county run by operators in the Centrocard Scheme and Midland Metro. Tickets valid for Zones 1&2 only are not valid on Metro.
2. Valid on rail services in the Zone(s) indicated in the West Midlands county run by operators in the Centrocard scheme, in standard class accommodation unless otherwise shown.
3. Holders of this product must be aged 16 or over and in full time education studying at a recognised educational establishment for at least 12 hours per week.
4. Holders must be in full time education for:
a. 4 week passes: the duration of the product validity.
b. Direct Debit passes: at least the next 3 months from the start date of their product.
c. Term passes: at least 12 weeks after the start date of a one term product or until at least the end date of a Summer Special product or the 1st June of the academic year for a two term or three term product.
Failure to meet this criteria will result in the product being withdrawn without remuneration of any remaining product validity.
5. This ticket does not give priority over other passengers and can only be used in conjunction with a valid Photocard or loaded to a Swift card.
6. This product remains the property of the West Midlands Combined Authority, 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham, B19 3SD and may be withdrawn by the Operator or West Midlands Combined Authority, if misused.
7. This ticket is to be produced on every journey. If not so produced, ordinary fares must be paid that are not refundable on bus or Midland Metro services. Swift Cards that do not read or do not have a valid ticket will not be accepted for travel .
