Conditions of use. Travel is subject to the published terms and conditions relating to Bus and Metro operators' services and facilities, which are available for inspection at head offices of the appropriate companies. The following additional conditions also apply:-

1. Valid on bus services in the West Midlands county run by operators in the nbus scheme. Not valid on night buses or certain special services.
2. Valid on Midland Metro services only if purchased with a Metro Add-On.
3. Valid between 0400 and 0929 Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding Bank Holidays.
4. This product does not give priority over other passengers and can only be used when loaded to a valid Swift photocard.
5. This product remains the property of the West Midlands Combined Authority, 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham, B19 3SD and may be withdrawn by the Operator or West Midlands Combined Authority, if misused.
6. This product is to be produced on a valid Swift photocard and read on every journey. If not so produced, ordinary fares must be paid that are not refundable.
7. This product will be rendered invalid if altered, mutilated or defaced.
8. This product is not transferable and must be given up on expiry or renewal.
