Conditions of use. Travel is subject to the published terms and conditions relating to Bus and Metro operators' services and facilities, which are available for inspection at head offices of the appropriate companies. The following additional conditions also apply:-
1. Valid on bus services in the specified area of the West Midlands County run by operators in the nbus ticket scheme. Not valid on night buses or certain special services.
2. Valid on Midland Metro services only if purchased with a Metro Add-On.
3. Tickets can only be loaded to a Swift Card specifically for nbus Multi-day tickets and will remain valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
4. A maximum of 15 day tickets can be loaded to a Swift Card at any one time.
5. Each day ticket allows the Customer to travel on the day the ticket has been activated on until the end of daytime services.
6. Tickets are only transferable if a day ticket has not already been activated on the day of travel. If a day ticket has been activated, the Swift Card can only be used for travel for the remainder of that day by the person who first activated and used it to travel.
7. Any attempted use of an nbus Multi-Day Ticket by a person not entitled to use it may result in the confiscation of the Swift Card and the issue of a penalty fare.
9. This product is to be produced on a valid Swift card and read on every journey. If not so produced, ordinary fares must be paid that are not refundable.
8. Swift Cards that do not read or do not have a valid ticket will not be accepted and a charge for the journey will be applicable.
9. This product does not give priority over other passengers.
10. This product remains the property of West Midlands Combined Authority, 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham, B19 3SD and may be withdrawn by the Operator or West Midlands Combined Authority, if misused.
11. This product will be rendered invalid if altered, mutilated or defaced.
